I’m currently on DIET! yepp…there i said it.
I’ve been getting comments from EVERYONE since the last 2 years that I’m getting chubby and that i should lose some weight. I don’t care about what other people say, i mean…so what if I’m chubby right? I don’t mind being chubby as long as I’m still happy with myself.
Until recently i can’t fit in most of my pants anymore, then i realize that i should lose some weight indeed. I don’t have specific goal for my weight lost (alright maybe 5 kg) or at least i can fit into pant old pants comfortably.
Inspired by my friend, ollie who lose 7 kg in a month, i decided to try the whatever diet she was having.
So…These are my 30 days Diet Plan
Morning
1. Have 2 Fiber & Herb Tablets with one big glass of water right after wake up in the morning. This tablet is specially good for people like me who don’t eat enough vegetables & fruits. It helps the body to detox and have a better digestion.

2. Mix 1 teaspoon of Herbal Tea Concentrate with 1,5 ltr cold water. Drink gradually. It will burn calorie & fat into energy.

3. Mix 2 full tablespoon of Nutritional Shake Mix with 250 ml cold water. Shake it with the shaker or blender until it mixed well. Drink this as breakfast replacement.

Afternoon
1. Have lunch like usual
2. Have 2 Fiber & Herb Tablets again
Evening
1. No Dinner. Drink the Nutritional Shake Mix as dinner replacement.
2. Have 2 Fiber & Herb Tablets again.
This is my first diet day and i’m feeling hungry
