Yap. It’s exactly as it looks. My chubby feet in the water while hundreds of little fish feed on my skin’s dead cells.
The kind of fish that is common used for fish treatment is Garra rufa, imported from Turkey. They don’t have any teeth just a suction cup type mouth that removes the skin, leaving it glowing and smooth.
The sensation was a weird combination of tingly and ticklish, like low electric to you skin. I scream in horror when i first put my feet in, but after a while, i sort of get used to it. I don’t believe if people use this treatment for relaxation since I didn’t relaxed a bit! But my feet did feel smoother after the treatment hehehhe.
