Heart that Stripes 0
Zebras are best known for their distinctive white and black stripes. Their stripes come in different patterns unique to each individual, very much like humans finger print. They are generally social animals and can be seen in small harems to large herds.
Unlike their closest relatives, horses, zebras have never been truly domesticated. A while ago, i watched this documentary (on animal planet?? i forgot) about a zebra following this woman around instead of socializing with other zebras. When she go into her house, the zebra wait in front of the window where it can see the woman, while chewing on the curtain. So cute. I wouldn’t mind having a zebra following me around =)
There are three species of zebra: the Plains Zebra, Grevy’s Zebra and the Mountain Zebra, but the Plains zebra is the most common

It was previously believed that zebras were white animals with black stripes since some zebras have white underbellies. However embryological evidence shows that the animal’s background color is dark and the white stripes and bellies are additions. So this albino zebra must have been against all ods, poor thing

It kinda reminds me of Michael Jackson
Zebras were, and still are, hunted mainly for their skins. This fact really crep me out…i do love zebra print but NOT the real skin *ugh*
