It’s been 2 weeks since i start my diet and the herbalife agent came yesterday to control the progress by doing some weighing and measuring. I must admit that i was pretty dissapointed to find out that i only lose 1 kg !! With all the strict diet & no dinner rules, i guess i was expected to lose more.
However, my waist & hips measurement is less 4cm, that’s the good news.

I’m on my 9th diet day and I’m feeling great! The tight jeans is not so tight anymore!! I stop feeling hungry (i think my body finally adjust to the diet change) and i actually feeling lighter!. Probably because the fact i stop eating out every night.
Thing were not always looking up though. The second day was the worse, because all i can think of is food that i can not have for 30 days. And i actually fell sick for 3 days. I was not sure it was just the flu or the detox effect. If it was the detox effect, well i hope all the bad things is out of my system for good.
21 days to go!!!
Ps. is 1 chunk of white almond chocolate is considered cheating?

I’ve been getting comments from EVERYONE since the last 2 years that I’m getting chubby and that i should lose some weight. I don’t care about what other people say, i mean…so what if I’m chubby right? I don’t mind being chubby as long as I’m still happy with myself.
Until recently i can’t fit in most of my pants anymore, then i realize that i should lose some weight indeed. I don’t have specific goal for my weight lost (alright maybe 5 kg) or at least i can fit into pant old pants comfortably. continue reading »
